The Percy Grainger Youth Orchestra teaches orchestral craft to musicians wanting to experience performing in a full-sized symphonic orchestra.  The repertoire will be exciting and challenging, developing ensemble and rehearsal skills through a program of weekly rehearsals and regular sectionals.

The Percy Grainger Youth Orchestra’s achievements are showcased through its own concert series, giving musicians the experience of performing concert programs in professional venues.  Members of the Percy Grainger Youth Orchestra are also eligible to participate in special projects including a Concerto Workshop and an advanced Wind Ensemble program.
