Each lunchtime of Summer School, we will be running informal Lunchtime Concerts. Any interested students may perform solo or small group items - these concerts are a great way to develop chamber music skills and to gain performance practice.
Concerts will be approximately 30 minutes long with several i Attendance tems per concert. If you are interested in performing in a Lunchtime Concert, register your interest with your Ensemble Manager by morning tea (11:00am).
This Summer School (MYM's 40th!) promises to be a fantastic week of music-making, with participants taking part in an intensive schedule of rehearsals, tutorials and group workshops led by some of the finest music educators from Melbourne and around Australia.
We are delighted to welcome Andrew Mott as Artistic Director, through whose guidance we have developed a range of specialist activities to further enhance the benefits of the Summer School experience.
