BANDS FESTIVAL TICKETS ON SALE

The MYM 2012 Bands Festival takes place on the first weekend of June (Saturday 2 - Sunday 3 June) at BMW Edge, Federation Square in partnership with Fed Ed, Federation Square's Education Program, and The Music Place.

In the biggest Bands Festival to date, 18 different bands from all across Melbourne and Victoria will participate.  Jazz ensembles, concert bands and brass bands from schools, universities and community groups will take to the stage in this celebration of the banding community.  For more information on the Festival, please click here.

REGIONAL BRASS WORKSHOPS

In June, Charles MacInnes and the brass musicians of the Melbourne Youth Orchestra will be presenting two Regional Brass Workshops, in Ballarat and in the Dandenong Ranges.  Click here to read more.
